温度

标准用空气弹簧的使用温度范围为: -40C~ +60°C

压力

1.标准型空气弹簧根据我们的经验:最大使用压力为0.7 Mpa。

2.高强度(四层骨架层)空气弹簧最大压力1.25Mpa。

我们推荐在较大内部空气压力和破裂压力之间有2.5倍的安全系数，所以，举个例子说，如果需要0.7Mpa的压力，破裂压力应是1.75Mpa或更大。曲囊形空气弹簧的破裂压力随高度增加而减小。因此，决定因素有两个方面，伸长最大高度，以及在这一点上的内压是多少?压力与高度的函数关系请参考充气压力图。

空气弹簧储运须知

1.运输、装卸过程禁止粗暴作业。

2.存放于干燥通风的库房内,避免日光直晒。

3.安装部位应有足够的安装空间，避免和油类、酸碱类物质及坚锐物质接触。

4.避免用坚锐工具触碰空气弹簀;与其配合的配套件应光滑无棱角。

注意事项：

空气弹簧气囊总成未与悬架安装固定之前请勿充气，否则会使气囊和底座分离造成没有必要的损失。

Air Spring Storage and Transportation Notice

1. Rough operations are prohibited during transportation and loading and unloading.

2. Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight.

3. The installation site should have sufficient installation space to avoid contact with oil, acidic or alkaline substances, and sharp substances.

4. Avoid using sharp tools to touch air bombs; The matching parts should be smooth and free of edges and corners.

Notes:

Do not inflate the airbag before it is fixed to the suspension, otherwise it will separate the airbag from the base and cause unnecessary damage.
